027 Christmas Minisode: Holiday Hot Tips

Another holiday season is upon us, and we have all sorts of feelings about it. In this minisode, Micaela, Kristin, Donna, and Chloe discuss their Christmas love, hate, and indifference, share some holiday survival thoughts, and talk festive Christmassy alcoholic libations. Because sometimes a little booze in your cocoa might be just the thing.

Sparkling Cranberry Vodka Punch
Eggnog: just add brandy or rum
Holiday Cider for a Crowd:
Heat 3 C sugar and 4 C water on med-low in a large stock pot until sugar is dissolved.
Add:
12 oz OJ concentrate
1 ½ C lemon juice
1 T almond extract
¼ t each ground cloves, cinnamon, all spice
4 quarts water
Simmer on low heat and serve warm. For heathens: add your choice of brandy, rum, or whiskey.
